David - The Hitch-Hiker (1953) - Very good little film-noir. Most people don't realize it was directed by actress Ida Lupino, who knew a lot about the film noir genre, and it shows.

Connie - The Hitch-Hiker (1953) - I enjoyed the movie.  It was a good lesson in fear and in being loyal to your friends. Good acting. No sex and not nearly enough violence for today's movie-goers. I like it this way. Thanks for having this site!

GV - The Hitch-Hiker (1953) - Considering it was made so many years ago, with so few modern technological aids available, this is a good movie. Watchable, all the way. Held my interest all through. William Talman as Myers, was simply awesome. He has the face and expressions needed for this role. He easily overshadows everybody else.

Recommended.
